Biography
I attended Western Illinois University, graduating in 2015 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration. I then went on to graduate from Northern Illinois University College of Law in 2018. In addition to my Juris Doctor Degree, I completed a Certificate in Criminal Law while at Northern Illinois University. Throughout law school, I interned at the Grundy County State’s Attorney Office where I obtained valuable courtroom experience working on various criminal cases and assisted in the running of various court calls. While in law school, I was also the Head Student Representative for both Lexis Nexis and Kaplan Bar Review.
I joined Meents Law on July 30, 2018. After passing the bar and being licensed to practice law in Illinois on November 8, 2018, I have primarily focused my practice on Family Law, Estate Planning, and Criminal Law. I have also handled Eviction cases and other Small Claims actions.
