I came to Marc for a second opinion on a matter my current lawyer and I were working on and from that moment I knew he would be my lawyer moving forward. A year after my divorce was settled, my children and I wanted to move back to our home state to be around our entire family and have the opportunity to attend better public schools. I knew this would be an uphill battle with my ex-husband, which I wasn’t looking forward to. Marc was a true advocate... for not only me but my children as well. I had hired Bennett & Bangser to represent me for a divorce that I wanted from my wife. I had met with Brad Bennett and had told him this divorce is not going to be easy. I described to him what a cunning, spiteful wife I have and she is not going to make it easy on me at all. I had moved out 8/22/1...5 filed for divorce 10/22/15. I thought my life was in shabbles at this point, not knowing what to do or who to hire with a pending criminal charge. Marc had once again prepped me for trial the week before at his office and had an uneasy feeling of the potential outcome of the trial. Brad and Marc did an excellent job selecting the jurors that heard the trial. The state had tried to paint this terrible picture of me in the jurors eyes but Marc had fired back depicting a totally different and true story. I know I was not guilty of this crime but definitely needed a great lawyer to prove it. I was found not guilty on both counts of domestic battery. Bennett and Bangser did just that. I put all my trust in this law firm and respect their advice. Words can not express what they have done so far.

I hired Marc to handle an issue my mom had with her former counsel, who entered a QDRO that didn't coincide with the requirements of my father's union. This prevented my mom from receiving much needed funds from my father's pension. With the former attorney, years had passed and nothing was accompl...ished.
