Tod Michael Urban

This is a horrible lawyer. All he wants is your money once he has your money he will not return text messages or phone calls. He shows up to court after not speaking with you at all and just get another continuance and then you won’t hear from him until the next time you see him in court and he’ll ju...st get you another continuance. This went on with me for almost 5 years before I had to take the $8500 loss and fire him. once I texted him, he was no longer representing me, and asked him for some of my money back, He then text me back for the first time and said no refunds so that lets me know he gets my text messages and reads them. He just doesn’t respond.

Mr. Urban took $5000 from my wife and I. On January 5, 2020, Mr. Urban received a retainer of $5000. Fast forward to June 2024. Mr. Urban has done nothing. Mr. Urban failed to answer text messages and phone calls. Mr, Urban canceled at least 15 meetings. Mr. Urban was unable to send any letter...s or documents to me. When asked Mr. Urban stated they were his, and when I asked Mr. Urban to cancel our business relationship. He told me I owed him $3000. He told me he would send back $2000. I have yet to see the money. Mr. Urban did nothing but lie to both my wife and I. In short, Mr. Urban scammed me into believing he could help. Mr. Urban never notified the parties involved that he was my attorney. I have all the documents showing that Mr. Urban failed to do anything to assist me if you need a good attorney look elsewhere. I stand behind this comment.

We hired him for my son, and everything he said would happen did happen. He knew the ins and outs, what they would throw our way, and what steps needed to be taken, as a lawyer should! If you don't listen to him or ask questions, then you will not understand the job he has to do. In other words, the ...man works on his case as he should! He understands his assignments! I am happy with the outcome because it could have been worse! Thank you, Mr. Urban!
