In the past the words "custody" and "visitation" were used to describe where a child would reside, who made the parental decisions and when the child would be with each parent. Today Parental Responsibilities are Allocated (f/k/a custody) and parents get Parenting Time (f/k/a visitation).

In the past the word "alimony" was used to describe spousal support. Today we use the word "maintenance". In the past the Court had much discretion and men were rarely awarded maintenance. Today the law requires the Court to apply a mathematical equation with no regard to gender.

Smart Lawyer that helped me through a messy situation

So I had a very frustrating divorce. My ex wife would not agree to anything and was determined to drag me through the mud. Mark was able to craft a strategy that kept me free of nonsense and allowed me to move on with my life. Divorce

I contacted Mr. Wakenight to help me with my divorce. Things went really smooth and he was very fair with the overall cost. He was very available and his office was great at taking care of the administrative tasks. And he was a pretty nice guy too. I would recommend.

A great experience

Wow wow WOW!!

Wow oh wow! I was blown away by Mark! He handled my divorce and was very professional! My (now ex) husband was being the worst and Mark helped me handle everything in a respectful manner. I highly recommend Mark and his team.
