Dropped the ball, no files.
After he takes are of your case, he cannot seem to find a file on you. I asked a simple question. "Did you include a clause in my divorce decree that would allow me to change back to my maiden name?" He told me to ask the court. He doesn't keep files, evidently.

Replied last February 24, 2018I do keep files for the required to by the professional rules of conduct. The case that has been address was concluded almost 7 years ago and as such, is in appropriately in storage. A copy of the Judgment in question was given to the client on the date of prove-up and the after she was advised of this fact, she was further advised that if she required a certified copy, she can obtain such a copy she can obtain such from the Clerk's office.
