I have served as the lead attorney in many medical negligence (malpractice) cases since 1998. My firm routinely retains preeminent experts from the national medical community to ensure we are prosecuting the strongest cases possible. We have also made significant investments in courtroom technology to better explain complex medical issues to juries during trial.

I have been working exclusively in the area of personal injury law since I began practicing as a lawyer in 1992. My experience includes all types of personal injury cases, and I have represented victims of defective products, dangerous workplaces and other properties (premises liability cases), car, truck and motorcycle crashes, and medical errors, whether by doctors, nurses or other healthcare providers.

I represent victims of crashes with heavy trucks, most often due to unsafe & illegal interstate trucking practices. In these cases, I focus on uncovering evidence confirming truck drivers' violations of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (truckers' "Bible" for safety). Because the trucking industry operates with its own set of rules, having a lawyer who knows those rules & understands how the rules are drafted to improve safety on our nation's highways is critical to success.

Brain injuries suffered by infants at birth (Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy) typically result in cerebral palsy, a condition that forever changes not only the life of the child, but the lives of the baby's parents & siblings. Cases resulting from a doctor's or nurse's negligence during the labor & delivery involve complex medical issues, which I have been dealing with as a lawyer for over 20 years & which require extensive knowledge by the advocate in order to properly represent the family.
