My law office in downtown Evanston is dedicated to serving elders and their families as they plan for legal concerns arising from aging and disability. I also help elders and their families face and address crisis situations when knowledge of a range of options and responses is vital. Elder Law is presently a dynamic and changing area of law, responding to our aging population and its attendant needs. I devote a great deal of time and financial resources to educating myself about the latest developments in Elder Law and Trust and Estate Law in order to provide up to the minute counsel on the latest legislative developments.
