Expungement Service

Provided accurate information, as a different attorney provided false information, of which I verified with the Wheaton courthouse, and Mr. Russo's advice turned out to be correct. Quick to respond. Reasonable price. I was waiting on a pro-bono service to get back to me, and I thought they rejected m...e do I went with Mr. Russo instead. But then last minute, the pro-bono service responded to me, so I asked Mr. Russo to cancel. I ended up paying him a small fee, but then when pro-bono service was offered, he kindly understood the situation and refunded the fee, no questions asked.

Great Attorney

His ability to synthesize a complex legal matter into digestible parts was amazing. Professional, diligent, and kind, Attorney Russo handled my criminal case expeditiously and thoroughly. I would recommend Rich for any Criminal matter. None better!

Great Lawyer

When Richard took over his fathers practice, I knew I was in great hands. Awesome lawyer and was always able to help me. With all my speeding and other random tickets, he was able to work out a deal every time and luckily it’s been awhile since I have been in that office. :) Thanks!!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education

  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
