This is a lawyer that you can't not count on to have your back or even get a hold of you. The last time I received a court summons I called Giudice the same day. When he picked up his phone he said he was busy but would get back to me later in the day. After a week of waiting for his call I started c...alling him. First I started calling once a week then twice a week than everyday. He finally contacted me by text while I was on my way to the court hearing telling me to ask for a continuance. Now the same thing is happening again.

I never met with this person regarding this case and I was never retained or hired by this person so they have no knowledge of me upon which to base their non-recommendation. At that time I often met with clients late into the evening regardless of how busy I was, so if we never met, the client was not too serious about hiring an attorney. Moreover, if the prospective client received a summons for a case and appeared pro se, there is not a judge I ever met that wouldn't give them at least two continuances to obtain an attorney, that of course means actually hiring an attorney! I have always been overly generous with my time and my concern for clients. This person was not a client.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
