Mr. Newman’s current concentration in Family Law includes custody, child support, property division, maintenance/alimony and post-judgment litigation. Mr. Newman has more than 38 years of experience in the Family Law area, representing litigants in simple divorce and complex property division, including tax and valuation issues.
Mr. Newman believes that his concentration in Family Law within a general practice firm has advantages over firms that concentrate solely in Family Law inasmuch as issues arise in Family Court that overlap into other areas.
