My case cost me thousands with this attorney, The case settled early in a fraction of the time I was led to believe it would take. Before I entered into an agreement with Mr. Cohen, he and his firm agreed I would be reimbursed for the previous funds I was able to secure on this same case from a pre...vious settlement offer. Upon final settlement, Mr. Cohen did not honor this agreement and kept my previously agreed portion of the the settlement. This was a substantial amount over AND above my third of the contingency fee that was due to me. Phone calls were never returned. I would have done much better handling this entire case myself.
