Among the best in the business

Mark is the finest attorney I've ever worked with. Sharp as they come. Quick command of an issue. Excellent writer. And altruistic to boot (unusual for an attorney, unfortunately). Instead of paying for big firm overhead, you pay only for his good work. I only wish he were able to practice in other s...tates.

Perfect example of poor client service

Treated me disrespectfully during whole process. Not very responsive. Quite arrogant. Stay away.

This office treats all clients respectfully and it is entirely responsive to client needs. Typically, the first report to a client about the prospects of a claim or success is on target. Occasionally, the news in this regard can be negative and not what the client wishes to hear. Additionally, as with all attorneys, the decision to handle a matter even when there is a likelihood of success is one that involves an assessment of economics and practicality. Inasmuch as this rating on Avvo is not informative as to its source, there is little that can be said otherwise. The post in contrary to the history and high standing of the attorneys that have worked in this office.
