I hired this attorney to work on a realestate transaction. The poor communication and lack of follow through was extremely frustrating. I couldn't get him to complete aspects related to the transaction and had to hire another attorney. Later I came to learn the forms were not filed, ever! This ex...posed me to significant risk and when I contacted him about this I was told they would be filed. Several months later, they still were not filed despite multiple follow ups. All I expected is him to do what he said he would and he didn't.
