Jeff Fawell became my attorney when I had some minor traffic issues at the age of 16. Life moved forward and upward and he represented me with all other traffic violations that I had throughout the time I lived in his area very successfully. As an attorney he is: wise, insightful, professional, cari...ng and, he believes in the U.S. Constitution. This is very important because so few of the attorneys’ in business today actually do care about their clients constitutional rights. Further, during the 2008 financial crisis which led to a 2009 double dip recession under democrat President Barack Hussein Obama, I was backed into a corner financially. I had gone to banks, VC professionals, Mezzanine lenders and, yes even the Factoring racket. Feeling I had absolutely nowhere to turn - all my own fault - I committed a crime that was financially motivated. Shortly thereafter I faced federal charges for this crime and due to a conflict of interest, Jeff Fawell was unable to represent me (he had been contacted by a co-Defendant & hired prior to my arrest). During the questioning by liberal Democrat Federal Prosecutors, which was only agreed to after months of negotiation by my Federal Defense counsel (another attorney - although Jeff would have done better in my opinion) the liberal Democrat agenda bled through until we were all saturated with the grime. I wasn’t even aware of all the implications until this last week, as if a switch came on and a light shows that illuminates something so terrible you wish it wouldn’t have opened your eyes (and mind) to its horror. (This was 2010 - Before Comrade Biden & Comrade Harris showed how far back historically and how deep the American Marxist agenda reaches. All the way to Liberal Democrat Marxist breeding ground - Chicago) You see, everything became crystal clear when one of the members of the prosecutorial team asked me, “we know you aren’t a bad guy, we know that your motivation was financial…” and “we are sure that a bond hearing will go well soon…” (Federal Prosecutors always use bond as leverage)… and finally, “just tell us how much Jeff Fawell knew about the plot.” Imagine that. Federal prosecutors in 2010, at 219 S. Dearborn, in the John C Kluczynski Federal building, were letting me know that if I LIED and assisted them to fill in the FALSE NARRATIVE blanks of their American Marxist agenda they would give me BOND. Of course, if I had gone along for the ride and negotiated properly I probably could have gotten a much better deal… Instead, I told the truth and explain to these federal prosecutors who live in a land of pink clouds, chocolate Rivers, and fluffy purple dinosaurs that the first rule when you are pulling any sort of financial scam of this parameter, “you don’t tell ANYBODY!” (This was in early 2010 - well before the Biden regime) At first they did not believe me but when I finally explain to them that they must need some kind of refresher course in how to understand a criminals motivations with a few choice expletives they finally bowed out. My point? This guy, Jeff farewell, has no political motivation whatsoever. In my opinion, Jeff Fawell just wants to build a solid, honest law firm that transcends generations based upon beliefs instilled in him about truth, Justice, and the American way. Liberal Federal Democrat prosecutors who lean very far to the left are obviously very scared of this guy. He is, after all, an excellent attorney. More than that though, they see him in his ilk as a threat. Much like liberal Democrat politicians saw Harris Fawell (Jeff’s recently deceased Uncle) and the late Hon. Bruce Fawell (Jeff’s Father) as grave threats with their stellar legal knowledge and unshakable moral codes. With all of the insanity woven into today’s fabric of our political society this all finally became very real and very clear to me. I felt that it was very important that I put this in writing so other clients of Jeff Fawell and Fawell & Associates know - hire them!

Mr.Fawell charged me 5k to represent me. Mr. fawell has made me plea to a repealed statue and made me plea to a class two felony When it was a class 4 felony . Mr fawell also defrauded me out of 5k he was to send my bond money to me but he decided to keep it He’s very ineffective please do not ...waste your money

I had a traffic case and you Beach County before judge Kenneth Moy. Kenneth Moy, against the rules of procedure in the Illinois code service, adopted the city of Naperville prosecutors wish 2 vacate Court supervision that I received. Immediately Jeff fawell told the Naperville prosecutor that what sh...e was doing was improper, Incorrect, and that she would lose in the appeals court. She did not care and told him as much. Chfa loan took this to the Appellate Court, habitat turn in front of the appeals court, and Jeff a while I was able to win this appeal. The city of Naperville prosecution only wanted to have me convicted so that I would lose my license through and buy a suspended license. Jeffy well did not feel that was the best route for me, after we took it to the Appellate Court and opinion was written by me Illinois Court of Appeals, which essentially admonished the Naperville City prosecutor for trying to change egg non-conviction to a conviction FaceTime Theron will. City of Naperville prosecutors are not allowed to create new laws to fit their own Twisted agenda. Fable is able to sift through the nonsense, maintain a clear head, and fight them at their own game. Fawell is the only attorney who was not a prosecutor before he became an attorney. Jeff Fawell is not a prosecutor's attorney. Jeff Fawell is a client's attorney.

I had initially hired Mr. Fawell for a driving on suspended license and immediately went to bat for me. He explained the steps I should take even before I got to the court room and really did an excellent job working the case while it was in trial. And, the second case I got, which was a failure to a...ppear, he handled in a matter of minutes. I could not recommend him enough!
