Mr Smith does not return phone calls reliably. Mr Smith is unable to contact other lawyers about your case and lies when confronted with this always blaming the other attorney. In this case I knew the opposing council and she confirmed her frustration in trying to contact Mr Smith by phone text or em...ail. Mr Smith owes me thousands of dollars for 2 months and finally his secretary called and stated they didn’t know my correct address.. the only one they had was and is correct. Mr. Smith after weeks connected with the opposing lawyer who offered a deal but Mr Smith neglected to even hint on what was offered. Unbelievable! Mr. Smith repeatedly made mistakes about important parts of my case and gave my wife’s attorney to write up a complete settlement agreement without even bringing up the one condition that I had to have. He was fired but still billed me a few thousand dollars of manufactured work and distorted his time sheets. He’s a charmer and a liar who fails to communicate! STAY AWAY!!

Awful attorney. He laughed at me when my ex created problems and said "what did you expect"! He did not conduct himself professionally. He and his office were terrible at returning calls. He would promise to call back and never would. I ended up dropping him and switching to a different practice. I w...ould avoid him at all costs.

Harry Smith did not consult with me or keep me informed of his decisions in my divorce case. His negligence resulted in my having to pay my ex-spouse $6000/month maintenance.
