If the case might be contentious or difficult, then you might want to consider an attorney who is a bit more aggressive. Barbara tended to capitulate to whatever the opposing counsel wanted. However, if you very strongly advocate for yourself and stand up for your beliefs and rights, then she will represent your wishes. I would also encourage you to be very clear with what Barbara intends to discuss with the judge and opposing counsel during hearings. Otherwise, proceed with open hearings and refrain from Barbara and the opposing counsel meeting with the judge in private for the above reasons. Again, Barbara Ann Corrigan is very professional and responsive, and I would highly recommend her for simple and straightforward cases.
