Mr. Messineo received his bachelor’s degree in communications from DePaul University, Chicago, IL and his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Dakota School of Law. During law school, Mr. Messineo was a 711 law clerk at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, where he assisted in several felony trials. Mr. Messineo handles criminal cases that range from traffic offenses to serious felonies.

Cook county case
Dismissed my case in two court hearings and worked with me while I lived out of state. Joe is an honest, dedicated, and determined lawyer. He is the best of the best. I reccomend him and his law firm highly. I cannot thank them enough!
