Experienced, knowledgeable and professional attorney

Mr. Stamogiannos represented me as a buyer in a real estate transaction and also drafted wills and POAs for my girlfriend and I. His knowledge and experience in both areas is excellent. Mr. Stamogiannos was attentive and provided solid advice throughout the entire transaction. From reviewing the i...nitial contract to sitting at the closing table, he was always responsive to any question or concern I had.

Great experience!!!

Had a complicated house building process and closing, and George was always available to answers questions, explain things, and defend our best interests, and offer great legal advice! He is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional! Lucky to have him represent us during this process!

Very good lawyer

We have used George 2 times for our house closings and he has been very good both times. He explained all relevant documentation and addressed any concerns we had. I highly recommend George and we would not hesitate to call him again to handle our Estate planning, RE, or any probate matters.

Review

There were many things to like about the counseling services provided by Mr. Stamogiannos. The specificity of identifying key issues, the knowledge of Revocable and other trusts, familiarity with probate court, and other factors. Thus, a recommendation is in order.

Always Use this Guy for Real Estate Transactions

Since my first experience with a real estate transaction in 2004, I have hired George to represent me for all of my real estate sales and purchases. He really knows the law, as well as how to relay it to his clients in layman's terms. Most of all. he knows what to look for on documentation, and pays ...attention to EVERY detail, no matter how minute. Highly Recommended
