Jae was very difficult to get in contact with, he didn’t reply back to us when we needed answers. Simply put he does not return phone calls. We feel that he that he did not take our case seriously, he did not even file a legal brief on our behalf! What did we pay for? Jae cost us a large amount of mo...ney and simply put he wasted our time but he cashed our checks quickly. Our case was denied & we made phone calls, sent email & text messages Jae simply would not answer us! That’s completely unacceptable & UNPROFESSIONAL!
