About Jane
Biography
My practice focuses on Intellectual Property and Litigation. I assist businesses and individuals in connection with Trademarks and Copyrights, including strategic portfolio development and management, protection of existing intellectual property and infringement issues. I also handle personal injury, business and other civil litigation.
Prior to joining Blumenfield & Shereff, LLP, I practiced civil litigation with a law firm in northeast Wisconsin. I also worked for NBC Universal in Los Angeles as a Law Clerk in the Television Production Legal Affairs Department.
I obtained my J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Prior to enrolling in law school, I worked in public relations and marketing, where I developed my passion for brand management and an appreciation for the value of trademarks.
I graduated, with distinction, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Journalism/Strategic Communication and History. I am an avid runner, competing in numerous road races, including the Chicago Marathon. I am also an accomplished vocalist, and enjoy assisting artists and musicians as a volunteer with Lawyers for the Creative Arts.
