She is extremely personable, and knows her stuff. She even knew some personal information on the judge that handled my case. She is brutally honest and straight forward, not beating around the bush. She will tell it like it is, but in a good way. She told me exactly what I had to do to achieve the outcome I was aiming for. She is also honest with handling the billing of her time spent on your case, and has very reasonable fees.
