Knowledge in all areas of consumer law is beyond superb!

Nathan has worked several cases for me, and has done an outstanding job for me. Not only is he forthcoming with potential outcomes of each case, he never instills false hope in any statement he makes. He's compassionate, knowledgeable in all areas of FDCPA, FCRA and TCPA, and consumer law in general.... I would recommend using this attorney, and his firm, when overwhelmed with debt collector harassment, credit bureau mishaps or anything that has to do with your consumerhood.

Amazing Service!!

Highly Recommend!!

tlas Consumer Law made this whole process very easy and stress free for me. I will be the first to admit that at first I was skeptical, but after the first phone call with the attorney, I knew that I had made the right decision. After dealing with a credit card company that refused to work with me ...and then started with non-stop harrassing and intimidating phone calls, it was very reassuring to have someone that was working for me. Everyone (attorney - Nate Volheim; the people who walked me through the paper work ; and Kristen) were there to answer my questions, respond to emails. Nate was even able to get the deposition cancelled and secure a higher settlement than what he originally thought. I would highly recommend this group.
