My experience with this law firm was nothing short of a nightmare, marked by unprofessionalism, unethical practices, and a complete lack of communication. Ashley was the attorney handling my case and filed a motion without my authorization and then billed me extensively for it. The firm’s billing practices are highly questionable. They consistently engaged in block billing, where multiple tasks were lumped together with no clear indication of how much time was spent on each. If you value clarity in billing and knowing exactly what you’re paying for, look elsewhere. There were also instances of double billing, where I was charged multiple times for the same work. This level of incompetence and dishonesty is simply unacceptable. When I raised these issues with the firm, I received no response—just complete silence. Instead of addressing my concerns, they chose to focus on aggressive tactics to collect fees. This firm does not care about its clients. They are more interested in padding their bills than providing competent and ethical legal representation. If you’re considering hiring them, do yourself a favor and find a law firm that actually respects and listens to its clients, follows ethical guidelines, and communicates transparently. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a professional service. I would strongly advise against trusting your legal matters to this firm.
