Response to 12/31/19 review from Andy

Regarding the 12/31/19 review from Andy, thank you for sharing your feedback. Client confidentiality prevents me from discussing the specifics of any matter publicly, even when a former client characterizes it in a way I disagree with. What I can say is that jurisdictional strategy, litigation risk, ...and fee estimates are always discussed with clients before work begins, and I take those conversations seriously. I understand litigation outcomes can be frustrating, especially when the result isn't what a client hoped for. I welcome the opportunity to discuss any concerns directly — please feel free to reach out to me at [email protected].

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
