Dane Joseph Loizzo

Dane is highly dedicated to his clients. I found him in court one day, as I was highly unsatisfied by my current attorney, I watched from afar how he treated his client and was very down to earth and attentive to his distressed client. My gut instinct was he was a good man and I was right! He has rep...resented me on my divorce and made sure since children were involved to do the right thing. He never once seemed motivated by money. He also represented my on subsequent court dealings with my ex, who is not very fun to deal with, and was always calm and polite, and I have had the best possible outcomes available to me. I would highly recommend Dane. I would not hesitate to continue to use him for any future needs as helped me and my family immensely. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

I have retained Mr. Loizzo for the past 10 years in regards to business and family law. On the business side, he is extremely knowledgeable in business law and contract writing. In regards to family law, he helped our family create our wills and also helped me in a very difficult divorce settlement.... I had interviewed two other lawyers at the time and Dane came highly recommended. I immediately felt at ease in his presence. He made me feel safe and was so helpful in explaining every detail to me. He fought for my rights and my settlement was very much in my favor. His secretary Carol is also equally amazing! Dane is always very prompt in returning phone calls and explaining both sides very fairly. He will always show you which way is more economical in regards to law. I have recommended him many times over! He truly is the best!

I hired Dane to represent me and I was very pleased with the outcome. I contacted Dane just a couple of days prior to a trial, and he prepared a strategy and was able to present the facts and negotiate a settlement that was in my favor. Dane was on time, prepared and professional. He is a person I wo...uld trust to represent me again. In this case I had a dispute with my landlord, I had tried representing myself, but had found that the judge has less respect for pro se defense. Dane took my case, charged a flat fee and I saved thousands of dollars based on the favorable settlement.

I hired Dane for a parenting agreement, I had no experience or knowledge with this sort of thing and how it would work. I wish he would have communicated better as to what is "standard" or even what I should/could ask for and guided me along in the process, he really did nothing of the sort. I paid a... flat fee, which was nice, but it made me feel as though his effort was minimal since he wasn't able to bill me for every hour spent. Several phone calls and voicemails to his office went unreturned/unanswered which was frustrating. Most of the case was spent responding to the other party and me googling what my options were. Overall, I was not thrilled with him and would not recommend him.

He charged me a flat fee, and this is good because most lawyers charge a few hundred dollars an hour, so this capped my cost. He was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and an aggressive litigator.
