Dane Joseph Loizzo

Dane is highly dedicated to his clients. I found him in court one day, as I was highly unsatisfied by my current attorney, I watched from afar how he treated his client and was very down to earth and attentive to his distressed client. My gut instinct was he was a good man and I was right! He has rep...resented me on my divorce and made sure since children were involved to do the right thing. He never once seemed motivated by money. He also represented my on subsequent court dealings with my ex, who is not very fun to deal with, and was always calm and polite, and I have had the best possible outcomes available to me. I would highly recommend Dane. I would not hesitate to continue to use him for any future needs as helped me and my family immensely. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

I hired Dane for a parenting agreement, I had no experience or knowledge with this sort of thing and how it would work. I wish he would have communicated better as to what is "standard" or even what I should/could ask for and guided me along in the process, he really did nothing of the sort. I paid a... flat fee, which was nice, but it made me feel as though his effort was minimal since he wasn't able to bill me for every hour spent. Several phone calls and voicemails to his office went unreturned/unanswered which was frustrating. Most of the case was spent responding to the other party and me googling what my options were. Overall, I was not thrilled with him and would not recommend him.
