The best lawyer in Chicagoland!!

I suffered a car accident year ago, someone hit me, and by two colleagues, was referred to Michael. It was the best referral I have ever gotten because he helped me understand all of my rights and did so much work to get me a fair settlement. He is on time, explains in simple terms and humble. He al...so is a shark when it comes to defending your rights!

Excellent attorney, and gets results!

I was hit by a car and suffered a couple of head injuries. Michael was recommended to me by another attorney. He really does his "homework", is meticulous, and the perfect "squeaky wheel" with the opposition. He also communicates well and got me the settlement I deserved in a short period of time.... I would highly recommend Michael!

No nonsense hard working attorney

Michael was a professional who was the best advocate in my case. I was involved in a car accident where I sustained injuries. Michael made the process very easy and was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the processes. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome.

Attorney that Cares and Gets Results- Trustworthy, Dedicated, Hard-Working, Knowledgeable

Micheal Goldsmith fought purely for my best interests. I was kept closely informed, even when there were no changes, he would contact me. Michael not only acted as a highly effective negotiator, he was considerate and genuinely cared about my well-being during a very difficult/emotional professional ...situation. He is one of a very few true advocates, it isn't about the money. You can trust him.

Mike Goldsmith is an excellent lawyer

Mike Goldsmith handled a personal injury case for me. I had an ankle fracture as a result of ice being on a business property. He was efficient, timely and knowledgeable in handling my case.
