Brooke Leslie Berning-Peppey

I have used Brooke for both of my parent's Trusts. I started working with her in 2017 when my father died. He had been using her firm for years, and Brooke was his attorney. Because it was a Trust, I could work with Brooke even though my parents both lived in Florida and I, as trustee, lived in Maryl...and. She was beyond helpful explaining the steps, how to communicate to beneficiaries, the law and other particulars to the Trusts. When my Mom passed away late last year Brooke was there for our family again. She is trustworthy. She is easy to reach. And she never shrugged off a concern or issue. If I had used an attorney in either Maryland or Florida, the hourly rate would have been easily twice as much.
