Tengo 2 años en espera chil support de niños con discapacidad necesitan medicinas citas tiempo cuidados 24 horas Autismo severo a su condiciones médicas autismo severo transtorno de sueño y diabetis grave de cuidado cada 4 horas eya a dado muchos permisos a padre accesos solo perjudicaron ms caso... para protección alos menores pensé ayudaría mis hijos pero no e obtenido nada retroactivo solo que consiga un abojado ms ps pienso que hase todo a favor del padre excusas para no dar su manutención. Ni visitacion solo ponerse de adornos en sistema de doctores no ase nada por sus hijos ni dar pension ni visitas ni yebarlos doctores Defendiendo ms al deudor con antecedentes de violencia domestica a mi amis hijos nada de chalsupord creo no es justo esto tome en cuenta dice ser abojada de los niños ba de lado de demandado no hay justicia para mis hijos con discapacidad ni sus derechos de recibir su manutención que se le den pruebas y dirección del trabajo del padre con 2 trabajos padre .fotos padre en casinos y comprando carros y socio de un diler con reportes descuidos del padre negligencia de cuidados y cargos de dcf abuso a mi hija menor de edad .Mi caso es una injusticia para mis hijos yo una madre que cuida 2 hijos discapacidad sin descanso. Sin poder trabajar por cuidarlos 24 horas los 2menores de edad solo recibo ataques calumnias . Y ms accesos de escusas para darle derecho padre donde esta la justicia para dar dinero manuntencion Asus necesidades de lo menores sólo excusas corte para padre no se presente no de manutención ni da información de taxes nada cuando ya se entrego todo a eya no ase ms que ablar cosas. Nada de child support y que clases de cuidado entrenamiento al padre por dios qué clase de justicia hace a mis hijos espero resuelva algo justicia a mis hijos nada solo ms permisos al padre de entrenamientos a sus condiciones nada de child suppord. Manutención Para mis hijos con discapacidad menores de edad. Aun que el gana directo cheques de su trabajo. Tiene años asiendo de ese trabajo impuestos del primer trabajo tiene otro trabajo ms evade impuestos del segundo trabajo No se hase justicia por child supord solo tiempo para ms escusas de padre . Aga cambios el Asu favor. De no dar manutención . Adn un año nada aun que salio 99.99 pociento ser padre. Nada manutención después adn por dios. Espero ya se ga algo por mis hijos a su favor y no del padre incumplido desobligado con doble trabajo.

Do not be fooled the last two positive reviews I would not doubt if they were fabricated by her and her secretary boy who answers her phone. She is impossible to get a hold of. She does not do what she says she is going to do and should not be practicing law since she is a negligent. She didn't fi...le a quit claim deed with the court as she said would handle it personally for my mother who doesn't speak English. Its been 3 months and no filing has occurred and she doesn't respond to her phone calls at least requesting the document back. Never hire her or use her for anything. She needs to retire.

I was referred to Carmen Quinones to assist with a court order for child support. Carmen Quinones presented a retainer agreement in which she asked me to pay her 2,500 dollars in cash as stated in the retainer agreement. I paid her 2,500$ cash, picked up the retainer agreement which she stated was th...e receipt. Carmen offered to extend my court date due to working mandatory overtime at my job, but then there was no response and court date stayed for original date of 9/9/2019. I called her and texted her on the court date at 9am when I arrived to court. However, Carmen did not show up, she returned my call around 11amand said she would return my call in an hour, I tried to tell her I was in court but she hung up. She only returned my call a week later and told me we had court in October. I let her know that everything was settled on 9/19/2019 and there was no follow up court date. I asked her for a refund of my (2,500$) retainer since she did not show up for court and she just hung up and has not returned my call since. I have called her multiple times, no answer. I call her office and talk to her secretary and all she does is ask for my name and number, and will not address my concerns. This has gone on for three months. She has kept my $2,500 and did absolutely nothing for me.

I had the privilege to meet Carmen before she took my case. I admit she is not a phone person but once she is in that court room she is about the business at hand. She went above and beyond. She told me one day Dianna just because I don’t speak with you I’m working for you and she was. All the negati...ve comments I don’t understand because what matters is what happens when she is in that court room. I get it she is not a phone person, but she promised what she would do for me and in the end she came threw for me. I love and thank you Carmen. You were a blessing to me when I felt hopeless. Don't know how she was brought into my case, I know she had made notices of filings filed, on my behalf, Which I believe is false. I truly believe she never did, or if she did it was not in the best interest for me, cause of her appearance along with the other Quinones and Don appearance, in which ...they had answered a complaint on my behalf, or so they say, I was never even informed or new about amended complaint, I have suffered a great lost and no hope of winning my case, I never spoke or seen there face. But looking upon the other reviews from other clients, she and the other attorney should be disbarred, and charges brought up for misrepresentation
