I had a court date for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and selected attorney Milan's firm based on his reviews. I spoke with Allan about my situation over the phone and he agreed to represent me at a reduced rate because I am legally disabled and rely on a fixed income. Attorney Nick P...eluso represented me in court. Mr. Peluso was a professional looking gentleman with a good disposition. As the person with whom I was involved in the accident did not appear in court and I had legal representation, the case was dismissed. When I was arrested I thought it was the end of the world. Being incarcerated I was hopeless thinking there was no way out without doing time in prison “Prison my God”.
