Worst lawyer
We had a recommendation from a friend. This guy is a complete lazy idiot. Screwed up our motion, never actually went through the paperwork, never communicated, and when we had a hearing, he wasn't prepared. Didn't really seem to care about the kids at all.

I retained Mr. Ericksen for a custody matter post divorce. He was only interested in litigation and was not at all interested in settling, even after things went from being a contested removal to all out war. My child was dragged through an unnecessary custody evaluation and I spent tens of thousands...

Dont hire Jeff Ericksen
This attorney is a bozo and doesn't know what he's doing. He totally messed up my case and is a bully to boot. I would not recommend him to anyone. He was unprepared and was hard to understand when communicating and did not always return calls.
