Don’t do it
Will take your money and get nothing done. Spent 10s of thousands and accomplished the bare minimum. Works with opposing counsel rather than the people who pay him.

Worst lawyer
We had a recommendation from a friend. This guy is a complete lazy idiot. Screwed up our motion, never actually went through the paperwork, never communicated, and when we had a hearing, he wasn't prepared. Didn't really seem to care about the kids at all.

Dont hire Jeff Ericksen
This attorney is a bozo and doesn't know what he's doing. He totally messed up my case and is a bully to boot. I would not recommend him to anyone. He was unprepared and was hard to understand when communicating and did not always return calls.
