I found Mr. Gambacorta here on Avvo and after reading many of his positive reviews and visiting his very professional and informative website I decided to hire him to help my fiance and I with her K-1 visa. I had previously contacted another lawyer who was wanting to charge me outrageous fees to hand...le our case. In 2009 my husband was planning with a Sponsor, Attorney and great hope to file for Permanent Residence in the United States of America. The extreme work to compromise then assemble the appeal and entered in perplexed me. After which, we all waited more than twelve months for the United States Homeland Security Office of Immigration to grand my husband Permanent Residence in the United States of America. My husband was awarded after another three months. It was said that the effort to process through Immigration to America can take much longer in some situations. However, the motivation and confidence that goes into what can be a most complex case or any case could only exude from an Attorney with passion for the law and the people. Mr. Gambacorta.
