Anastas Shkurti

Anastas is excellent all around. Very friendly, but also detail oriented. His knowledge of real estate deals is encyclopedic, which really helps on the little details. Bottom line, Anastas has made sure all of our real estate deals have moved along smoothly, and he has saved us money by making sure ...we were never stuck with the various fees and expenses that have a nasty habit of arriving just in time for closing. I will certainly continue to hire Anastas.

I have worked with Anastas on multiple transactions - both buying and selling as well as primary and investment (at least 5 separate properties). He has always provided valuable advice to protect my interests. At couple closings he even saved me some money by highlighting unnecessary title agency fee...s. At this point, I didn't even go to last 3 closings - I trust him to take care of it.

Anastas guided me through the requisite steps and paperwork, simplifying the complex process that is a real estate transaction to... the point where I could understand the reasons behind each steps. Additionally, he was always prepared, made an exemplary effort to be completely transparent and was an excellent (and prompt) communicator, both by phone and email. At the closing, he represented me, resulting in a straightforward process that was ultimately uneventful and problem-free - the best possible outcome of any real estate closing. The next time I'm in need of a RE attorney, his is the only business card I would consider.
