I assist my clients in navigating the Probate and Trust Administration process, whether as creditors, debtors, representatives, trustees, heirs, legatees, or beneficiaries. When litigation is necessary, I also zealously represent my clients' rights and interests in litigation that arises out of the administration of probate estates and trusts.

I represent businesses and business people as debtors and creditors in reorganizations, debt restructuring and liquidations, both within and outside of bankruptcy proceedings.

I assist my clients in the negotiation, drafting, review, due diligence, and closing of all manner of business and personal agreements including agreements for: loans, credit agreements and agreements for the lease, purchase, or sale of residential, commercial and industrial real estate.

I consult with my clients to draft effective and customized estate plans that fit their needs. Estate plans generally include a Will, a Trust, and Powers of Attorney, but may include more or fewer documents depending upon the needs of a client.
