It is rare to find an attorney who is not only competent but also empathetic. Jeremy handled my case knowledgeably, efficiently, and ultimately, successfully. He responded to email very quickly, too. I would recommend him without hesitation and hire him again (although I hope I don't ever get sued again.)

Jeremy has represented me on numerous eviction cases. He is very thorough and keeps you posted of key timelines in the process. He knows all of the proper procedures and can make your eviction experience as painless as possible. He is great at negotiating with the other side and always seems to get you possession of your property quickly. He saves you money by compromising and settling in a manner that works for both parties.

Jeremy is the lawyer for our condominium association. He fought extremely hard and long for us on a dispute with an owner that was trying to get around paying assessments by declaring bankruptcy. Jeremy kept us informed every step of the way and made sure the eventual eviction was carried out as quickly as possible. He made sure we understood all steps of the process. We now have the ability to receive assessment payments from the mortgage company and can put that debt behind us. He also keeps us up-to-date on cases that need to go to collections. Jeremy is very straight-forward with us and gives us answers we need in a timely manner.
