Worst communicator I’ve ever dealt with. Refused to communicate via telephone even when we begged him throughout our entire 1031 exchange transaction. Got complaints from both sides of the transaction through title companies of the buyer who was purchasing our first property and the seller who is sel...ling our second property. He did not fill out the settlement statements properly and cost us thousands in taxes that would not have had to been paid had we hired an attorney that was responsible. He was completely unprofessional and would never hire him.
