Rajeev Jutla

Not a good experience at all with Raj Jutla. We spoke on the phone and he was cordial and I felt pretty confident he was going to help out with an issue I was dealing with for my parents. For weeks afterwards, he ignored my emails and my phone calls - and frankly I have no idea why. He could have ...just told me he didn't want to take on the case. Instead I waited for him and the issue we needed to get resolved couldn't get resolved on time. Raj seems like a nice guy but needs to be better at running his firm or should hire someone else to do it.

My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Raj for the closing of our first home. This was a big step in both of our lives and I had the upmost confidence in Raj as he was referred to me by a good friend I used to work with. He even contacted me on a Sunday when I initially contacted hi...m. (You don’t find that too often now a days.) Raj had always communicated with me in a timely manner and he was on top of everything. He made my real estate transaction go smoothly even with the bumps that came along the way. At no time did I ever feel that Raj pushed me to the side. He made me feel like I was his only client (even though I was not). Raj explained the whole process to me in detail and answered every question I had and I had a lot. I would not hesitate to use Raj again or refer him to my family and friends. I could not thank him enough for helping me purchase my first home and for being as attentive as he was throughout the whole process.
