Rajeev Jutla

Raj Jutla practice primarily involves real estate litigation and transactions, foreclosure actions, and collection law. Whether it is assisting a buyer or seller with their real estate closing, prosecuting or defending a homeowner in foreclosure, or enforcing a creditor’s rights against a debtor or defending that debtor from the creditor, Mr. Jutla's takes a hands approach for each of his clients to provide them the best service and legal experience possible. Having spent over 10 years working for and representing banks, mortgage lenders, and credit card companies in foreclosure and collection actions, Mr. Jutla now uses that knowledge to his client’s advantage.

Mr. Jutla earned his Bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University and his Juris Doctor from Cooley Law School. Mr. Jutla is a member of several bar and legal associations including the Lake County Bar Association, Northwest Suburban Bar Association, South Asain Bar Association of Chicago, and the Illinois State Bar Association. Mr. Jutla is actively involved in the Lake County Bar Association where he regularly participates and volunteers his time at the homeowner mortgage foreclosure help desk.  Mr. Jutla also serves as Co-Chair of Northwest Suburban Bar Association's Civil Litigation Committee.
