Working with this attorney was an unnecessarily difficult and frustrating experience. Rather than helping facilitate communication, find common ground and move matters toward resolution, he seemed to turn even the simplest requests into issues and create complications where none were necessary. Strai...ghtforward matters that should have been handled efficiently often became drawn-out disputes, resulting in unnecessary back-and-forth, excessive emails and phone calls. Throughout the process, there seemed to be more emphasis on prolonging disagreements than on finding practical solutions. It was difficult to get simple things handled simply, and matters that could have been resolved with clear, reasonable communication instead became much bigger issues than they needed to be. Ultimately, the experience felt unnecessarily adversarial, time consuming and costly. I believe an attorney should help move a process forward, encourage reasonable resolutions and simplify matters whenever possible. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
