Gretchen has been absolutely wonderful to work with. My mom passed away and I am the executor on her estate. I live 5 hours away in a different state and needed someone local who could really guide me on the requirements of Illinois law and also keep me on track. Gretchen is very disorganized and took advantage of my bad situation. Her emails to me were barely readable with numerous grammatical errors that made comprehension very difficult. Some emails were even addressed to the wrong client, which she blamed on her supposed assistant. Stay away unless you... want to waste money and get very little in return.

In 2011/2012 we were going through major issues with my son and he got into legal trouble. Gretchen was able to understand our wishes and work with the court to make sure the outcome was good for us and my son. She listens and she works for her clients.
