Anonymous, I apologize if my paralegal or I called you by the wrong name. We meant no disrespect. I also apologize if my emails to you contained some grammatical errors. People email more often than they use the telephone these days. I find myself getting countless emails from clients during day, evening, weekend and holiday times. Please understand that often times I drop what I’m doing, even if I’m involved in something personal, to rapidly respond to my clients’ emails. I frequently draft email responses on my cell phone where my typing is not as accurate as it is on my laptop which may account for my grammatical errors. I wish you would have raised these concerns with me directly and given me an opportunity to address them.
