My team and I help our clients by making 3 principal promises whenever we represent them in the course of buying or leasing a new building, selling a family investment, setting up a new business, or planning for death and incapacity. 

Promise #1: We will always communicate with you. At Nemani Law, we truly listen to our clients when they share their concerns. That’s why all of my clients receive my cell phone number at the outset of representation. That’s why we welcome calls from our clients at 11:00 at night or 5:00 am. That’s why my clients don’t get billed by the minute for routine telephone calls or emails. That’s why we meet with clients during evening hours and over the weekend at locations that work for them, not for us. That’s why we will always return your call within 24 hours, regardless of when you call. To me, the cornerstone of a fruitful attorney-client relationship rests on consistent communication. I cannot be an effective legal advocate unless my client is able to trust me, so I will never charge a client for a phone call. 

Promise #2: We will never overcharge you. Cost-conscious representation is afforded to each and every client, regardless of his or her ability to pay. Just because you have a lucrative business doesn’t mean that you are stuck with paying a lawyer $ an hour for a simple matter. Just because other firms bill you for every single email or telephone call doesn’t mean that we have to! We don’t charge you for on-site meetings at a location convenient for you. We don’t charge you for calling or meeting in the evening or over the weekend. If you want AAA office space and 10 lawyers working on your transaction, we know lots of lawyers in traditional law firms that would be happy to charge you for the privilege. We prefer to keep our overhead low so that we can focus on your interests, not billable hours. Transparency and easy billing practices are at the core of our business, because constantly watching the clock gets in the way of a trusting and collaborative relationship. No surprises, no gimmicks – we simply believe that it is possible to have excellent legal representation at an affordable price. 

Promise #3: We will always provide you with creative and sophisticated legal representation. Yes, we are a boutique law firm, but our clients never feel underserviced. By maintaining affordable pricing and open lines of communication, we are proud to present our clients with hard-hitting and astute legal solutions, designed to protect and plan for your best interests. We will always go to bat for you, and we will neve hesitate to be “the bad guy” on your behalf, while always representing you in the most professional and zealous way possible. We are advocates for our clients, and we don’t let anything interfere with our goal to protect you, your business and your family. We believe that the law and legal problem-solving methods are very powerful and use those tools to empower our clients. This means making sure your contracts actually help you. It means putting processes in place to make sure that you are paid on time and that your ideas are protected, all while establishing long-lasting positive relationships.
