I was dealing with a divorce case, and I was down and out and so depressed because I hired a law different firm before James and I wasn’t getting any results from them “the law firm Jeffery Levin” they are con artists… so I do not recommend going with them at all… but when my financè and I reached ou...t to James about my situation he was so understanding and and cared about my situation. When he got involved he was with me every step of the way and he was getting results fast and efficient, and he also kept me update with every and anything information wise about my case. He was so understanding and caring of my situation which he just wrapped up my case for me and now I’m a “Divorce men” and I have my kids back in my life after a long battle.. thanks to James this wouldn’t be possible with out him.. I just had my closing completed with Mr. Nicodemus and wanted to share how impressed I was with his services during the process. I strongly recommend that you go with this attorney for your real estate transactions. He is very patient, thorough, VERY competent and client-minded. I had issues with ...my first RE agent on this transaction and he personally interfaced with the agent's broker to get me a better agent. He recommended a very knowledgeable and experienced home inspector to me, so I did not have to rely on anonymous on-line reviews. He made sure that every cent that had to be credited to me during the closing was accounted for and patiently reviewed every page of the RE file that I had to sign. I did not feel that I was rushed or that some information was not presented to me thoroughly. He actively defended my interests against the other side during closing. There was no back-room dealing with the other side's attorney to get the transaction processed as fast as possible. He insists on your terms with the other attorney and you see that he does it sincerely. I honestly felt that the man earned every cent of his attorney fees, which are surprisingly reasonable. I felt I got a deal :-) Overall, very nice, upbeat guy who works to make sure that you are satisfied with his services. You sense that his clients' satisfaction is important to him and he puts in the time and effort to make sure that your interests/concerns are met on the best possible terms.
