Before hiring I was told most people get the majority of their retainer back. They do not tell you that they keep your retainer "as insurance" and bill you above and beyond that. You have to read that AFTER you send the retainer fee. They never responded in a timely fashion resulting in me having to... send more and more paperwork because "it went stale." It went stale because they didn't submit it on time. Then they talk down to you and say it's your fault when it clearly isn't. Condescending is sugar coating it - if you can find anyone else - hire them over this guy. We're going on a YEAR when he said this would be a quick fix. Licensed con artist.

LOUD.... talker.... dishonest in follow-up. Took the $$$ and ran... Completely unavailable when discrepancies arose. DID NOT honor client requests. DID NOT respond after being paid. Subsequently found complaints against attorney for failure to pay employee. Too bad this person is licensed and p...racticing in Wisconsin.

Kyle was hired to collect on debts owed to our company. He filed lawsuits on some and on one in particular they settled and started making payments to him.
