Before hiring I was told most people get the majority of their retainer back. They do not tell you that they keep your retainer "as insurance" and bill you above and beyond that. You have to read that AFTER you send the retainer fee. They never responded in a timely fashion resulting in me having to... send more and more paperwork because "it went stale." It went stale because they didn't submit it on time. Then they talk down to you and say it's your fault when it clearly isn't. Condescending is sugar coating it - if you can find anyone else - hire them over this guy. We're going on a YEAR when he said this would be a quick fix. Licensed con artist.

Kyle was hired to collect on debts owed to our company. He filed lawsuits on some and on one in particular they settled and started making payments to him. He failed to give us those funds and we have had to file a Attorney Trust and bar complaint against him. Recommend caution and clarification w...ith this attorney.

We hired Mr. Hanson to represent a copyright claim against another party. He kept all the proceeds of funds settled on an account (instead of giving me my split) as well as monies returned that were given to the Federal mediator of the case. According to the mediator, the check was payable to me an...d Mr. Hanson should not have cashed it. I cannot recommend this attorney, at all based on this experience.

I was referred to Mr. Hanson by Legal Aid to help with a security deposit discrepancy. The initial consult lead me to believe he guaranteed a court date. I paid him to go forward. After I sent him the little paperwork I had, he noticed an issue-one that could have been verified during consult- and th...en waited a week to discuss over the phone. He not only kept my money, he insulted the cause surrounding my case prompting my abrupt ending of the call. I am contacting other resources in regards to these events.
