Here are the highlights after my experience with Nichole Waltz services: - No interest in your case other than her own financial benefit. - Lack of experience in critical situations. No care or empathy, no support. She will not protect you. You will be left alone to deal with your fear, stress, emo...tions and losses. - Poor communications skills. She doesn’t have a cell phone, so no texts, no calls out of the office. You can speak with her only by scheduling an appointment or leave a message in the office. - Poor negotiation skills. You will pay double for this talent. She will keep you unaware of details of your case and you will be charged for the time when she will provide the updates. - Lack of experience with private business. You will lose everything. She doesn't know how to get financial records from private businesses. Her financial investigator is not effective either. - No results. After 20 months of endless court visits, piles of useless court orders, 60K attorney fees, no settlement, no money. This was my balance when I left Nichole. My situation completely changed when I hired a different lawyer. In a very short period of time I won my case and became free from abusive husband and court nonsense

Nichole is amazing! The way the office bills in wonderful - very clear cut and detailed, so you know they are being honest, unlike other attorneys I've had the misfortune of retaining in the past. Nichole thinks fast on her feet and does her homework prior to going before the judge.
