Maybe when somebody has an easy case, this lawyer can help but... I lost more than a year waiting for NOTHING because instead of filing i-130 first, and then i-485, or at least together, he filed i-485 and only after a year plus he decides to file i-130. After asking why he didn't file those forms ...the right way and time, as the response, you get an unpleasant attitude, pretty much telling you are nobody in this country. He hires unprofessional assistants who make lots of mistakes on top of that. People think because he is an American citizen who speaks Russian, would help them a lot, but that's a huge mistake I've made and paid for it with my time and money. I ended up hiring another attorney who really helped me. My best advice - DO YOUR RESEARCH before hiring somebody!

Huge surprise to me to see this negative comments..Mr. Newcomb was my lawyer 15 years ago. I didn't have any problems during naturalization process. He help me a lot with all my questions. Avoid his office 20 miles away. His unprofessional staff will mess your case. I made a mistake by hiring him. Me myself without any legal knowledge could have filed my case 100 times better than they did. I don't know how many hundreds of years of experience he has as stated in the comments, but that... office has no expertise in what they do. Period!
