... Case was sent late, missed interview two times, no hard copies or originals! in hands and lack of ideas how to save my soul I walked in Mr. Newcomb's office desperately seeking help. At some point I had feeling that Mr Newcomb was even more prepared for my interview than I was lol I'm sorry. I think back about that day and I want to laugh hysterically. Anyway, after 8 years of waiting, late filing, 2 missed appointments, missing about 90% of supporting documents with help of Mr Newcomb i got an asylum approval! Brent and Agata, thank you so much, guys, for your help, your time and that you believed in my case (not like some other incompetent lawyers out there).

I hired Mr. Brent while being already in removal with my asylum case. He attended on my behalf few hearings and I was granted a work authorisation. Meanwhile, I've married a US citizen. Mr. Brent helped us to file for adjustment of status. It took longer then usual because of 2 pending cases . Mr Br...ent also suggested us to file Mandamus to speed up USCIS. It was a successful decision. My marriage case was approved and asylum closed later on. Office stuff was always friendly and patient. Yes, legal help cost money, but the final result worth the struggle
