So happy with our service!

We filed my husband's green card application with Mr. Newcomb and were so happy with how smoothly everything went! He ensured we had proper documentation for our application, answered all our questions and concerns, prepped us for our interview and attended the interview with us to keep everything ru...nning smoothly! We were so well prepared for our interview, they approved us the day of! Thank you so much, Brent!

5 stars

... Case was sent late, missed interview two times, no hard copies or originals! in hands and lack of ideas how to save my soul I walked in Mr. Newcomb's office desperately seeking help. My case was a total mess! Brent and Agata started working on my case right away! They provided me with ways to re...solve my as I thought dead-end situation and started working on it immediately. So you understand what I mean: I filed for asylum 03.2015 and became a Brent's client 04.2023 and 07.05.2023 I had an interview scheduled! What? WHAT??? Oh my lord. I couldn't believe that after 8 years of waiting, Mr Newcomb got me an interview in the first 3 months of being his client (and again, my whole case hasn't been updated since 2015)! I'm blessed ive met Brent and relied on his professional opinion and advice. My actual interview at the immigration office had hiccups too, but because Mr. Newcomb was present with me during the actual interview i had confidence that I'm legally protected no matter what. The office was acting weird on the day of the interview, they said they don't have a copy of my case (REALLY?!) but Brent was ready to ANY unplanned scenarios and pulled another hard copy and let immigration officer to get familiar with my case. At some point I had feeling that Mr Newcomb was even more prepared for my interview than I was lol I'm sorry. I think back about that day and I want to laugh hysterically. Anyway, after 8 years of waiting, late filing, 2 missed appointments, missing about 90% of supporting documents with help of Mr Newcomb i got an asylum approval! Brent and Agata, thank you so much, guys, for your help, your time and that you believed in my case (not like some other incompetent lawyers out there).

negligence at its best

Maybe when somebody has an easy case, this lawyer can help but... I lost more than a year waiting for NOTHING because instead of filing i-130 first, and then i-485, or at least together, he filed i-485 and only after a year plus he decides to file i-130. After asking why he didn't file those forms ...the right way and time, as the response, you get an unpleasant attitude, pretty much telling you are nobody in this country. He hires unprofessional assistants who make lots of mistakes on top of that. People think because he is an American citizen who speaks Russian, would help them a lot, but that's a huge mistake I've made and paid for it with my time and money. I ended up hiring another attorney who really helped me. My best advice - DO YOUR RESEARCH before hiring somebody!

customer

I hired Mr. Brent while being already in removal with my asylum case. He attended on my behalf few hearings and I was granted a work authorisation. Meanwhile, I've married a US citizen. Mr. Brent helped us to file for adjustment of status. It took longer then usual because of 2 pending cases . Mr Br...ent also suggested us to file Mandamus to speed up USCIS. It was a successful decision. My marriage case was approved and asylum closed later on. Office stuff was always friendly and patient. Yes, legal help cost money, but the final result worth the struggle
